What we ask of network clinics.
- · Active Illinois license in good standing for every treating provider
- · Experience treating accident and workplace injuries
- · Willingness to treat personal injury patients on a lien basis
- · Professional liability insurance maintained by the clinic
- · Ability to schedule new patients promptly
- · Ability to send records and bills electronically
- · Spanish-speaking staff is a plus, not a requirement
