Why providers stay

A network seat — not a directory listing.

Predictable referral cadence

Volume calibrated to your clinic's capacity, not throttled by lead-gen auctions.

Pre-qualified patients

Every referral has a confirmed mechanism of injury, an attorney on file, and signed lien authorization before the first visit.

We handle attorney comms

Status updates, treatment plan changes, and records requests routed through our coordinator — not your front desk.

Clean lien recovery

Standardized lien packet, ledger reconciliation, and follow-through with attorney offices on aging balances.

Frequently asked by clinic owners

How does Injury Network Chicago get paid?+

Network coordination fees are recovered at lien settlement, paid from the patient's case proceeds. Providers are not billed for participation and there are no monthly platform fees.

Who handles attorney communication and records requests?+

Our coordinator desk handles all attorney status updates, treatment-plan change notifications, records requests, and lien follow-up. Your front desk is not pulled into case management.

How many referrals will my clinic receive?+

Volume is calibrated to your stated capacity during credentialing — typically 3 to 12 new PI patients per month per seat. We hold seats per ZIP code so volume per provider stays predictable.

What does credentialing require?+

Active Illinois license in good standing for at least three years, documented PI/MVA experience, clean malpractice history, willingness to accept standard Illinois assignment of lien, and capacity to see new injury patients within 1–2 business days.

Are billing and lien recovery handled for me?+

We provide a standardized lien packet, ledger reconciliation, and structured follow-through with attorney offices on aging balances. Your office continues to issue clinical bills; we keep the legal-side paperwork moving.
