Warehouse and fulfillment work concentrates a predictable set of musculoskeletal injuries — lumbar strain from repetitive lifting, rotator-cuff and shoulder impingement from overhead reach, knee meniscus tears from twisting under load. These cases come into the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission constantly, and the medical record built in the first thirty days is what carries them.
Injury Network Chicago coordinates those medical records from our Loop office at 10 S Riverside Plaza. We place injured warehouse workers with in-network chiropractors and physical therapists who routinely document for the Commission, route work-restriction letters to the firm and (where appropriate) the employer or carrier, and deliver records packages on the paralegal's timeline.
We are a coordination network — not a law firm and not a medical provider. Chiropractic and PT services are delivered by independently licensed practitioners. Legal services, where referenced, are provided by independent attorneys.
What we coordinate
- Same-day chiropractic and PT placement for warehouse / 3PL / cold-storage cases
- WCC-aligned intake exams, progress notes, and work-restriction letters
- Imaging coordination (X-ray, MRI) for disc and rotator-cuff presentations
- Pain-management physician referrals when conservative care plateaus
- Records package — narrative, visit ledger, billing — inside 48 hours of MMI
Frequently asked questions
What warehouse injuries do you coordinate most often?
Lumbar strain from repetitive lifting, rotator-cuff tears from overhead reach, knee meniscus injury from twisting under load, and crush or laceration injuries from MHE (forklift, pallet jack) incidents. Our coordinators are familiar with the documentation expectations of major Chicago-area fulfillment, third-party logistics, and cold-storage employers.
Do you place workers from the South Side and west suburbs?
Yes. The network covers the warehouse corridors along I-55, I-294, and the Bedford Park / Bolingbrook fulfillment zones. We route each worker to the closest in-network chiropractor or PT clinic that handles WC documentation.
Will the worker need to switch providers after the initial visit?
Almost never. Our network is designed so the first chiropractor or PT remains the primary treating provider through MMI, with specialist referrals layered in only when clinically warranted. Continuity supports the Workers' Compensation Commission record.
